Transferred Agreements definition

Transferred Agreements shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 2.1(b).

Transferred Agreements means the Customer Agreements, Subcontractor Agreements, the Transferred Leases, the Transferred Intellectual Property Agreements, the Transferred Licenses and any other Contracts included in the Transferred Assets.

More Definitions of Transferred Agreements

Transferred Agreements. The term "Transferred Agreements" means those licenses of software and all other agreements between Equifax and a third party set forth in Exhibit 4 that Equifax is to assign to PwCES and that PwCES is to assume under this Agreement.
