Transfer student means a student entering an institution for the first time having successfully completed a minimum of 12 semester hours at another institution which is applicable for credit at the institution the student is entering.
Transferring Party has the meaning given such term in Section 5.2(b).
Transfer station means a facility created to receive solid waste from collection areas and transport in bulk in covered vehicles or containers to waste processing and, or, disposal facilities ;
Transfer Passenger means passenger arriving and departing on a different aircraft, or on the same aircraft bearing different flight numbers;
Transfer Scheme means a transfer scheme made by the Secretary of State under Section 12 and Schedule 2 of the Railways Act 2005 (or equivalent statutory provision) pursuant to paragraph 3.1 of Schedule 15.4 (Provisions Applying on and after Termination), being substantially in the form of Appendix 1 (Form of Transfer Scheme) to Schedule 15.4 (Provisions Applying on and after Termination), but subject to such amendments as the Secretary of State may make thereto as a result of any change of Law affecting such transfer scheme or other change of circumstances between the date of the Franchise Agreement and the date on which such scheme is made;
Type II transfer means that phrase as defined under Section 3 of the Executive Organization Act of 1965, 1965 PA 380, MCL 16.103.
GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.
Directory Assistance Database shall have the meaning set forth in Sections 10.5.2.2, 10.5.2.8, and 10.5.2.9.
Transfer Form means a standardized form prescribed by the Management Company to be duly filed by the investor to transfer Units and will be stated in this Offering Document.
Company Data means all data collected, generated, or received in connection with the marketing, delivery, or use of any Company Product, including Personal Data.
Common Language Location Identifier (CLLI means the codes that provide a unique eleven (11) character representation of a network interconnection point. The first eight (8) characters identify the city, state and building location, while the last three (3) characters identify the network component.
Fannie Mae Transfer As defined in Section 13 hereof.
Client Data means personal data of data subjects, such as your employees, associates or partners, that is provided to S&P Global Ratings during the provision by S&P Global Ratings of the Services to you, such as name, job title, name of employer, office email address, office physical address, internet protocol address, office telephone number and language selection (and excludes special categories of personal data);
Type III transfer means that term as defined under Section 3(c) of the Executive Organization Act of 1965, 1965 PA 380, MCL 16.103.
Signaling Transfer Point (“STP”) means a signaling point that performs message routing functions and provides information for the routing of messages between signaling points within or between CCIS networks. An STP transmits, receives and processes CCIS messages.
Manufactured dwelling park means a place where four or more manufactured dwellings
End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.
Service Data has the meaning set forth in clause 5.7 of this Agreement.
Third Party Purchaser means any Person who, immediately prior to the contemplated transaction, (a) does not directly or indirectly own or have the right to acquire any outstanding Common Stock or (b) is not a Permitted Transferee of any Person who directly or indirectly owns or has the right to acquire any Common Stock.
UNICEF Data means any and all information or data in digital form or processed or held in digital form that
City Data means that data as described in Article 13 of this Agreement which includes, without limitation, all data collected, used, maintained, processed, stored, or generated by or on behalf of the City in connection with this Agreement. City Data includes, without limitation, Confidential Information.
Patient Data means any electronic data, information or material about a Patient entered into the Software.
Raw Data means the primary quantitative and empirical data first collected from experiments and clinical trials conducted within the scope of this CRADA.
PRICE DATA The Contractor has furnished a price list for the new period for authorized purchasers. The State agrees to notify all authorized purchasers of the existence of this Contract and to give the specific instructions relative to the procedures to be followed in making purchases under the provisions hereof. Entities making purchases over $50,000 may consider obtaining two competitive quotes from the authorized dealers’ list on this manufacturer’s contract. If this manufacturer does not have a dealers’ list, the manufacturer should be prepared to submit a quote. PAYMENT: Payment for commodities or equipment purchased under the provisions of this Contract shall be made to the Contractor or to the authorized dealer making delivery in accordance with Miss. Code Xxx. §§ 31-7- 301, et seq. (as amended). Such payment is to be made only upon receipt, by the authorized purchaser, of properly certified invoices, which are priced strictly in accordance with the pricing provisions of this Contract.
Electronic File Transfer means any system or process that utilizes an electronic format and protocol to send or receive data files.
Transfer Instructions are the information that you provide when using the Service. “Us,” “We,” and “Our” means Credit Union.
