Transfer Limits definition
Transfer Limits. We may, at our sole discretion, impose limits (per transfer limit, per day limit, and limit on the total dollar amount of transfers over the 7-day period preceding the transfer you are currently requesting) on the amount of money you can transfer through the Service based on your account relationship with us or our review of your credit rating obtained through an authorized bureau. We reserve the right to increase or decrease these limits from time to time.
Transfer Limits means the limits referred to in Part 8 that determine where seedlings or cuttings may be planted, based on the registered lot from which the seedlings or cuttings originated;
Transfer Limits. We reserve the right to impose limits on the dollar amount(s) and/or number of items that you transmit using the External Transfer Service and to modify such limits in our sole discretion. If you attempt to initiate a transfer in excess of these limits, we may reject your transfer. If we permit you to make a transfer in excess of these limits, such transfer will still be subject to the terms of this Agreement, and we will not be obligated to allow such a transfer at other times. The transaction and daily limits are $5,000 on each Business Day.

If one or more quarter-hour intervals within the ISO-NE Transfer Limits fail any of the NYISO’s input checks, including the input checks listed below, the last set of ISO-NE Transfer Limits used to perform an RTC optimization will be used in the RTC optimization.

Transfer Limits. The maximum total dollar amount for external transfers is limited to $1,500.00 per transfer or per day. No more than $7,500.00 in a rolling 28-day period. Maximum of 4 active recurring transfers to / from the same accounts.

You may contact Firefly Credit Union to verify the limits established for you. These daily and monthly dollar limits apply to the total of all transfers for all accounts linked to the user profile. Any transfer initiated on a day that is not a Business Day counts toward the applicable limit for the next Business Day. A transfer remains "In Process" until fully processed. Standard transfers typically remain "In Process" until the close of the third Business Day after the transfer is initiated. We may at any time for security and risk management reasons modify the limit, the frequency and the dollar amount of transfers you can make using our Service. Any decrease will be subject to notice, if required by law, but you agree that we may reduce your limits without prior notice upon occurrence of a Disqualifying Event. • Any of your accounts with Firefly Credit Union are not current or are not in good standing. • You have had an overdraft, an over-limit item, or an item returned for insufficient funds with respect to any Firefly Credit Union account during the current or three prior calendar months. • You have had any prior transfer to or from a non-Firefly Credit Union account canceled, revoked, or uncompleted due to insufficient funds, revoked authorization, stopped payments, frozen accounts, or any similar reason.
