More Definitions of Transfer Completion

Transfer Completion means the funding on the date hereof of the Trust Account with Eligible Assets with a Market Value equal to or greater than the Initial Required Balance and the completion of the asset transfers contemplated hereunder and under the Trust Termination Agreement.

Substantial completion means that the property may be occupied or used for the purpose for which it is intended, and only minor items such as touch-up, adjustments, and minor replacements or installations remain to be completed or corrected which:
