Subject to the Minimum Subscription, Minimum Holding and Minimum Transaction Size requirements of the relevant Fund or Classes, Shareholders may request conversion of some or all of their Shares in one Fund or Class (“the Original Fund”) to Shares in another Fund or Class or another Class in the same Fund (“the New Fund”) in accordance with the formula and procedures specified below.
