Transaction Committee definition

Transaction Committee means, as applicable, the Transaction Committee of the Board of Managers of Greater China Industrial Investments LLC or GC Intermodal.
Transaction Committee means the transaction committee of independent members of the Board formed in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
Transaction Committee shall have the meaning set forth in the Recitals hereto.
