Tranche C Facility definition

Tranche C Facility means the aggregate of the Tranche C Commitments.

Tranche C Facility means at any time, (a) on or prior to the Effective Date, the aggregate amount of the Tranche C Commitments at such time and (b) thereafter, the aggregate principal amount of the Tranche C Loans of all Tranche C Lenders outstanding at such time.

Tranche C Facility means the US dollar term loan facility granted to the Company under Clause 3.2.1 (Grant of Project Contingent Debt Facilities).

• For the avoidance of doubt, the Tranche C Facility shall be the primary resource for the Company and its subsidiaries to use to satisfy any Transco Capital Call in respect of costs for the Expansion Project, and no Member shall be obligated to make any Capital Contribution in respect thereof unless sufficient funds are not available under the Tranche C Facility to satisfy such Transco Capital Call.

More Definitions of Tranche C Facility

Tranche C Facility means the loan facility referred to in Clause 2.1(c), the terms and conditions of which are set out in this Agreement;
