Tranche C Availability Period means, with respect to any Lender, the period from and including the Closing Date to the earliest of (a) the Revolving Maturity Date applicable to such Lender (b) the date of termination of the Aggregate Tranche C Commitments pursuant to Section 2.5, and (c) the date of termination of the commitment of each Tranche C Lender to make Loans pursuant to Section 7.1.
Tranche C Availability Period means the period from and including the Closing Date to the earliest of (a) the Revolving Maturity Date applicable to TFA, (b) the date of termination of the Aggregate Tranche C Commitments pursuant to Section 2.5, and (c) the date of termination of the commitment of each Tranche C Lender to make Loans pursuant to Section 7.1.

Examples of Tranche C Availability Period in a sentence
During the Tranche A Availability Period, the Tranche B Availability Period, and the Tranche C Availability Period, as applicable, subject to the other terms and conditions of this Agreement, such Borrower may request and use the proceeds of Loans of one Type to repay outstanding Loans of another Type and to repay outstanding Swing Line Loans.
During the Tranche A Availability Period, the Tranche B Availability Period, the Tranche C Availability Period and the Tranche D Availability Period, as applicable, subject to the other terms and conditions of this Agreement, such Borrower may request and use the proceeds of Loans of one Type to repay outstanding Loans of another Type.
Any part of the Tranche C Commitments not utilised under this agreement before the expiry of the Tranche C Availability Period will be cancelled automatically on the expiry of the Tranche C Availability Period.
The need for possible exemptions and derogations will be assessed in the process.
The unused Tranche C Commitments shall automatically terminate at the end of the Tranche C Availability Period.
More Definitions of Tranche C Availability Period
Tranche C Availability Period means the period from and including May 5, 2000 to but excluding the earlier of May 5, 2002 and the date of termination of the Tranche C Commitments.
