Tranche B Termination Date definition

Tranche B Termination Date means May 30, 2002, or such earlier date as the Tranche B Commitment is terminated pursuant to this Agreement.

Tranche B Termination Date means the earlier of the Tranche B Scheduled Termination Date and the date on which Tranche B Obligations become due and payable in accordance with Section 6.01.

Tranche B Termination Date means the earlier to occur of (a) the Tranche B Final Maturity Date, and (b) the occurrence and continuance of an Event of Default and the declaration of all outstanding Obligations to be due and payable pursuant to Section 7.1.
