Tranche B Loan Amount definition

Tranche B Loan Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.
Tranche B Loan Amount means an original principal amount of Twenty-Five Million Dollars ($25,000,000.00); provided, that if either of the events described clauses (x) or (y) in the proviso to the definition of Tranche B Commitment occurs, the Tranche B Loan Amount, for purposes of this Agreement, equals zero.
Tranche B Loan Amount means (a) if Net Sales for the two fiscal quarters preceding the Tranche B Closing Date taken together are greater than or equal to $20,000,000 but less than $25,000,000, not less than $5,000,000 and not greater than $15,000,000; and (b) if Net Sales for the two fiscal quarters preceding the Tranche B Closing Date taken together are greater than or equal to $25,000,000, not less than $5,000,000 and not greater than $25,000,000. For the avoidance of doubt if Net Sales for the two fiscal quarters preceding the Tranche B Closing Date taken together are less than $20,000,000, the Tranche B Loan Amount equals zero.
