• The Tranche B Collateral Agent is authorized and directed to deduct and retain sufficient amounts from funds received by the Tranche B Collateral Agent hereunder and under the Tranche B Collateral Documents to reimburse the Tranche B Collateral Agent for such out-of-pocket costs and expenses prior to the distribution of any amounts to Tranche B Lenders.

Tranche B Collateral means all of each Borrower's now owned or hereafter acquired right, title and interest in and to (a) any and all Gaming Equipment or other Equipment, the purchase of which was financed, in full or in part, with proceeds of one or more Tranche B Advances, and (b) the proceeds and products, whether tangible or intangible of any of the foregoing, including proceeds of insurance coverage of any and all of the foregoing.

Tranche B Collateral means all Collateral upon which a Lien is granted to the Collateral Agent pursuant to the Tranche B Pledge and Security Agreement or otherwise by the Tranche B Loan Parties.

Tranche B Collateral means with respect to any Tranche B Loan, the additional Eligible Securities pledged to comply with Section 1.3 hereof at the time such Tranche B Loan is made and any additional Eligible Securities subsequently pledged to the Bank under the Collateral Documents (whether or not in substitution for other Eligible Securities) which the Borrower designates in writing to the Bank at the time of their pledge as Tranche B Collateral for such Tranche B Loan.

Tranche B Collateral means the “Collateral” as defined in the Tranche B Facility Indenture.

Tranche B Collateral means an amount no less than Thirty-Five Million Dollars ($35,000,000) deposited by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ in an account subject to the security interest of the Interim Mall Lender pursuant to the Tranche B Collateral Security Agreement.
