Tranche A Percentage definition

Tranche A Percentage means, with respect to any Tranche A Lender at any time, the percentage of the aggregate Tranche A Commitments represented by such Tranche A Lender’s Tranche A Commitment at such time; provided that if the Tranche A Commitments have expired or been terminated, the Tranche A Percentages shall be determined on the basis of the Tranche A Commitments most recently in effect, giving effect to any assignments.

Tranche A Percentage means, with respect to each Participant, the percentage set forth under the caption "Tranche A Percentage" opposite such Participant's name on Part A of Schedule I, or, if changed, such percentage as may be set forth for such Participant in the Register.

Tranche A Percentage as to any Tranche A Lender at any time, the percentage which such Lender's Tranche A Commitment then constitutes of the aggregate Tranche A Commitments (or, at any time after the Closing Date, the percentage which the aggregate principal amount of such Lender's Tranche A Loans then outstanding constitutes of the aggregate principal amount of the Tranche A Loans then outstanding).

• With respect solely to the initial Borrowing of the Construction Loans, the Borrower shall have delivered to the Administrative Agent an updated Projected Amortization Schedule, modified solely to include the Tranche A Notional Amortization and the Tranche A Percentage Amortization.

• At or before 12:00 noon (local time of Assignor Participant) on the Assignment Effective Date, each Assignee Participant shall pay to Assignor Participant, in immediately available or same day funds, an amount equal to the purchase price, as agreed between Assignor Participant and such Assignee Participant (the "Assignment Purchase Price"), for the respective Tranche A Percentage, Tranche B Percentage, Tranche C Percentage and Proportionate Share purchased by such Assignee Participant hereunder.

• In consideration and in furtherance of the foregoing, each Tranche A Lender hereby absolutely and unconditionally agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent, for the account of such Issuing Bank, such Lender’s Tranche A Percentage of each LC Disbursement made by such Issuing Bank and not reimbursed by the applicable Borrower on the date due as provided in paragraph (e) of this Section, or of any reimbursement payment required to be refunded to the applicable Borrower for any reason.

• Each reduction of the Aggregate Tranche A Commitments shall be made by reducing each Lender's Tranche A Commitment by an amount equal to such Lender's Tranche A Percentage of such reduction, and each reduction of the Aggregate Tranche A Commitments made pursuant to Section 2.3(a) or 2.3(d) shall be applied to the remaining Aggregate Tranche A Commitments reductions set forth in Section 2.3(b) on a pro rata basis.
