TRANCHE A LOAN AGREEMENT definition

TRANCHE A LOAN AGREEMENT means the Amended and Restated Loan Agreement (Tranche A) dated as of ________________, 2004, among ACL and Landlord, together with certain of their affiliates, JPMorgan Chase Bank, as Administrative Agent, Security Trustee, and Collateral Agent, and the lenders from time to time parties thereto, as it may be amended, modified, extended, renewed, supplemented, and/or restated from time to time and at any time.
TRANCHE A LOAN AGREEMENT the revolving credit facility agreement setting out the terms and conditions of a revolving credit facility in the amount of US$5,875,000 of even date herewith made available by the Agent to the Parent;
