Incremental Term Loan Repayment Dates means the dates scheduled for the repayment of principal of any Incremental Term Loan, as set forth in the applicable Incremental Term Loan Assumption Agreement.
Principal Payment Date means, if applicable, each date designated as such in the Series Term Sheet.
Tranche B Term Loan as defined in Section 2.1.
Initial Term Loan Repayment Amount shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.5(b).
Principal Payment Dates means unless otherwise determined by the Fiscal Officer in the Certificate of Award, December 1 in the years from and including 2020 to and including 2035, provided that in no case shall the latest Principal Payment Date be later than the maximum maturity of the Bonds referred to in the preambles hereto.
Tranche C Term Loan as defined in Section 2.1.
Tranche A Term Loan Maturity Date means October 20, 2015.
Term Loan Repayment Date shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.09.
Extended Term Loan Repayment Amount shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.5(c).
Tranche A Term Loan as defined in Section 2.1.
Class A-3 Final Scheduled Payment Date means the Payment Date occurring in February 2028.
New Term Loan Repayment Amount shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.5(c).
Tranche B Term Loan Maturity Date means April 9, 2020 (or if such date is not a Business Day, the immediately preceding Business Day) or such earlier date as may result from the operation of Section 2.08(b), if applicable.
Incremental Term Loan Installment Date shall have, with respect to any Class of Incremental Term Loans established pursuant to an Incremental Assumption Agreement, the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.10(a)(ii).
Tranche B Term Note shall have the meaning provided in Section 1.05(a).
Class A-1 Final Scheduled Payment Date means the Payment Date occurring in August 2024.
Tranche A Term Note shall have the meaning provided in Section 1.05(a).
Class A-2 Final Scheduled Payment Date means the Payment Date occurring in January 2025.
Loan Payment Date means any date on which any Bond Service Charges are due and payable.
Class A-1 Maturity Date means [ ] (or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next preceding Business Day).
Incremental Term Loan Amount means, at any time, the excess, if any, of (a) $25,000,000 over (b) the sum of (i) the aggregate increase in the Revolving Credit Commitments established at or prior to such time pursuant to Section 2.24 and (ii) the aggregate amount of all Incremental Term Loan Commitments established prior to such time pursuant to Section 2.25.
Tranche B Term Loans means Loans made or deemed made by the Tranche B Term Lenders pursuant to Section 2.01(b) or pursuant to Section 1 of the First Amendment to 2009 Credit Agreement.
Class A-4 Final Scheduled Payment Date means the June 16, 2025 Payment Date.
Tranche A Term Loans means Loans made by the Tranche A Term Lenders pursuant to Section 2.01(a).
Incremental Term Loan Maturity Date means the final maturity date of any Incremental Term Loan, as set forth in the applicable Incremental Term Loan Assumption Agreement.
Class B Final Scheduled Payment Date means the Payment Date occurring in June 2021.
