Upon a termination of this Agreement pursuant to this Section 7.4.1, neither Party shall have any further liability to the other for future obligations under this Agreement and the Joint IP shall continue to be jointly owned by MMI and The Cargill Entities following such termination, with both Parties having the right to make, use, sell or sublicense the Joint IP to detect the Targeted Traits in bovine animals in respect to production or meat processing.
