Train 6 FID Date definition

Train 6 FID Date means the date on which Train 6 FID has occurred, as evidenced by copies of any resolution or other written documentation approving Train 6 FID delivered by or on behalf of the Borrower to the Common Security Trustee and Intercreditor Agent.”
Train 6 FID Date is hereby added to Schedule 1 of the Common Terms Agreement in the appropriate alphabetical order: ““Train 6 FID Date” means the date on which Train 6 FID has occurred, as evidenced by copies of any resolution or other written documentation approving Train 6 FID delivered by or on behalf of the Borrower to the Common Security Trustee and Intercreditor Agent.” 1.6Each occurrence of the phraseTrain 6 Debt has been incurred” in the Common Terms Agreement is hereby replaced with the phrase “Train 6 Debt has been incurred or the Train 6 FID Date has occurred”. 1.7Clause (iii) of Section 4.12 in the Common Terms Agreement is hereby amended by replacing “and, to the extent incurred, Train 6 Debt” with “amounts available to make Restricted Payments pursuant to Section 5.01(c)(iii)(B) of the Accounts Agreement and, to the extent the Train 6 FID Date has occurred, Train 6 Debt or other Indebtedness permitted to be incurred by the Borrower under the Financing Documents”. 1.8The definition ofConstruction Budget” in the Common Terms Agreement is hereby amended by replacing “the date on which Train 6 Debt is incurred” with “the date on which Train 6 Debt has been incurred or the Train 6 FID has occurred” in each of the two places such phrase appears. 1.9The definition of “Construction Schedule” in the Common Terms Agreement is hereby amended by replacing “the date on which Train 6 Debt is incurred” with “the date on which Train 6 Debt has been incurred or the Train 6 FID has occurred” in each of the two places such phrase appears. 1.10The definition of “Permitted Completion Costs” in the Common Terms Agreement is hereby amended by replacing “the revised Construction Budget delivered pursuant to Section 2.7(a)(xi) (Train 6 Debt)” with “the revised Construction Budget delivered pursuant to Section 2.7(a)(xi) (Train 6 Debt) or otherwise delivered on the Train 6 FID Date”.   • Issuer Call Commencement Date means the date specified as such in the definition of the relevant Series in the applicable Final Terms;

  • Valid Date means a Scheduled Trading Day that is not a Disrupted Day and on which another Averaging Date in respect of the relevant Valuation Date does not or is not deemed to occur.

  • CONTRACT END DATE Contract performance shall terminate as of December 31, 2027, with no new obligations being incurred after this date unless the Contract is properly amended, provided that the terms of this Contract and performance expectations and obligations shall survive its termination for the purpose of resolving any claim or dispute, for completing any negotiated terms and warranties, to allow any close out or transition performance, reporting, invoicing or final payments, or during any lapse between amendments. CERTIFICATIONS: Notwithstanding verbal or other representations by the parties, the “Effective Date” of this Contract or Amendment shall be the latest date that this Contract or Amendment has been executed by an authorized signatory of the Contractor, the Department, or a later Contract or Amendment Start Date specified above, subject to any required approvals. The Contractor certifies that they have accessed and reviewed all documents incorporated by reference as electronically published and the Contractor makes all certifications required under the Standard Contract Form Instructions and Contractor Certifications under the pains and penalties of perjury, and further agrees to provide any required documentation upon request to support compliance, and agrees that all terms governing performance of this Contract and doing business in Massachusetts are attached or incorporated by reference herein according to the following hierarchy of document precedence, the applicable Commonwealth Terms and Conditions, this Standard Contract Form, the Standard Contract Form Instructions and Contractor Certifications, the Request for Response (RFR) or other solicitation, the Contractor’s Response (excluding any language stricken by a Department as unacceptable, and additional negotiated terms, provided that additional negotiated terms will take precedence over the relevant terms in the RFR and the Contractor’s Response only if made using the process outlined in 801 CMR 21.07, incorporated herein, provided that any amended RFR or Response terms result in best value, lower costs, or a more cost effective Contract.

  • Testing Date means 31 December of each year.

  • Billing Date means the date upon which the monthly statement is generated and debited to the customer's account.

  • fixed date means the date fixed in terms of subsection (2) of section one as the date of commencement of this Act;

  • LCT Test Date shall have the meaning provided in Section 1.12(b).

  • LCA Test Date has the meaning specified in Section 1.03(e).

  • Nomination Date means the twentieth (20th) day of the month preceding the Operating Month.

  • Service Date or "SD" means the date service is made available to the End User Customer. This also is referred to as the "Due Date."

  • Investment End Date : means 11 November 2022, or if such day is not a Scheduled Trading Day, the following day which is a Scheduled Trading Day.

  • Bid Date means the date fixed for receipt of Bids as per Notice Inviting Bids or as extended by subsequent notification(s).

  • Auction Date means the first Business Day preceding the first day of a Dividend Period.

  • Required Date means the date given a Registered Entity in a notice from the Compliance Enforcement Authority by which some action by the Registered Entity is required.

  • Order Date means, with respect to a Purchase Order, the date specified in Section 2.3(a) and, with respect to a Redemption Order, the date specified in Section 2.6(a).

  • ii) Trigger Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 11(a)(iii) hereof.

  • ZERO DATE means the date of issue of LETTER OF INTENT (LOI) or issue of WORK ORDER, whichever is earlier.

  • Measurement Date means the most recent Payment Date specified in the first column of the Cumulative Net Loss Rate Table.

  • Commissioning Period means, with respect to each Subproject, the period commencing upon the first delivery of Feed Gas to the Subproject in accordance with Sections 4.8 and 11.1 of the Agreement continuing through achievement of RFSU, commissioning, Start Up, Performance Testing and achievement of Substantial Completion for such Subproject.

  • Scheduled Trading Day means a day that is scheduled to be a Trading Day on the principal U.S. national or regional securities exchange or market on which the Common Stock is listed or admitted for trading. If the Common Stock is not so listed or admitted for trading, “Scheduled Trading Day” means a Business Day.

  • Shipment Date means the date for shipment of Product requested by Buyer in a Purchase Order.

  • Replacement Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.08(b).

  • Initiation Date means the date on which a financial creditor, corporate applicant or operational creditor, as the case may be, makes an application to the Adjudicating Authority for initiating corporate insolvency resolution process;
