Traditional Restaurant definition

Traditional Restaurant is a business premises that exists primarily as a Restaurant, excluding any Restaurant at a Non-Traditional Venue, however, which Traditional Restaurant may also have other types of Franchisor-approved co-branded businesses located in it, but in such case the Restaurant is the primary business.

  • During the Term, neither Franchisor nor any Affiliate of Franchisor shall open or operate any Traditional Restaurant, nor license other to do so, within a one-mile radius surrounding the Licensed Restaurant, or other mutually agreeable geographic area, as described on Exhibit A (the “Territory”).

  • A suitable building for a free-standing Traditional Restaurant will range in size from approximately 1,600 square feet to 2,200 square feet (up to 600 additional square feet if we allow a drive-thru component) and will likely cost from $30 to $125 per square foot per year.

  • Restaurant means a business location:

  • Restaurants means a business that prepares and serves food and drinks to customers.

  • Casino means a casino as defined in section 1 of the KwaZulu-Natal Gaming and Betting Act, 2010 (Act No. 8 of 2010);

  • Retail Store – means any business facility that sells goods directly to the consumer whether for or not-for-profit, including, but not limited to, retail stores, restaurants, pharmacies, convenience and grocery stores, liquor stores, as well as seasonal and temporary businesses.

  • Hotels means the hotel properties described in Exhibit A hereto, as it may be amended from time to time by mutual agreement of Lessee and Operator to add hotel properties or to delete hotel properties as a result of termination of this Agreement with respect to one or more hotel properties pursuant to the termination provisions set forth in this Agreement. “Hotel” shall mean any hotel set forth on Exhibit A as it may be amended from time to time.

  • Stores means the goods specified in the Supply Order or schedule which the supplier / contractor has agreed to supply under contract.
