Trading Membership definition
Trading Membership means the right, as expressly provided for in Section 1(a) of Annex A to these Bylaws, to buy and sell all or any one or more of the categories of Commodity Contracts authorized for trading on the Exchange (as may be determined by the Board of Directors of the Corporation in the case of Trading Memberships authorized pursuant to Section 1(a)(ii) of Annex A to these Bylaws), together with and subject in all respects to such other rights and obligations as are expressly provided in these Bylaws and the Rules, and shall include a NYBOT Trading Membership.
Examples of Trading Membership in a sentence
Trading Membership and the Corporation shall retain such deposit in its custody until such time as the investigation and any disciplinary actions have been completed, after which said deposit shall be disposed of as provided in the Rules.
The Board of Directors may from time to time adopt such eligibility criteria and application procedures for becoming a Trading Member, Permit Holder, Member Firm or Table of Contents Lessee and such requirements and procedures for acquisition, transfer, lease, sale or other disposition of a Trading Membership or a Trading Permit as the Board of Directors shall determine, subject to the provisions of Section 8(a) of this Annex A.
