Trading Contract definition

Trading Contract means precious metals trading contract entered into subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, including but not limited to any matching/ hedging contracts. 「買賣合約」 指根據本協議條款訂立之有關貴金屬交易的合約,包括但不限於任何相配/對沖合約。
Trading Contract means any swap, forward, option or hedging agreement relating to the purchase or sale of energy-related products and services.
Trading Contract means any forward, futures, option, swap, hedge, collar, cap, floor or similar contract regarding natural gas, and any other derivative instrument, contract or arrangement based thereon or on any related indices, excluding any instrument, contract or arrangement that provides for or results in physical delivery of natural gas (other than with respect to exchange-traded contracts that result in physical delivery).

  • In the event the Customer informs the Company of his not accepting an amendment, then the Company has the right to immediately cancel this Online Trading Contract and cancel the Customer’s right to access the Service and his use of it, In all cases, the Customer is not permitted to raise an objection to any amendment that has been made by the Company in order to comply with any legal requirement or has been made in accordance with applicable law.

  • The Customer understands that he is subscribing for the service through this Online Trading Contract and through the HERMES internet Trading Site, by his personal computer, and by accepting and completing a registration form for the use of the Service electronically.

  • The Company has the right to unilaterally cancel this Online Trading Contract at any time by notifying the Customer in writing and any such notification will be effective when received by the Customer.

  • The Company has the right to reject any trade transaction that does not comply with the terms of this Online Trading Contract.


More Definitions of Trading Contract

Trading Contract means any agreement or contract:
Trading Contract means the trading contract entered into by the Authority and EDF Energy Plc on 31 March 2011 or any trading contract which supersedes the same, under which the Authority appoints EDF Energy Plc as its agent and contractor to trade electricity, natural gas and other energy commodities and to provide investment and trading advice;
Trading Contract means a contract entered into for purely commercial purposes by a Finance Party with an Obligor which relates to its trading activities and which is not related to any banking business which is conducted between the contracting parties. Transactions means collectively, the transactions contemplated under this Agreement.
Trading Contract has the meaning given to it in Appendix 1.
Trading Contract means the trading contract entered into by the Authority and British Energy Trading Services Limited (“BETS”) on 8 March 2007 under which the Authority appoints BETS as its agent and contractor to trade electricity, natural gas and other energy commodities and to provide investment and trading advice;
Trading Contract means a contract between a Buyer and a Seller who are both Approved Traders for the sale and purchase of a Chemical Product;
Trading Contract means any forward, futures, option, swap, hedge, collar, cap, floor or similar contract regarding electric energy or the generation, scheduling, transmission, or distribution of electricity, or any fuels related thereto, and any other derivative instrument, contract or arrangement based thereon or on any related indices, regardless of whether such instrument, contract or arrangement provides for or results in physical delivery of electric energy or fuel or cash settlement, including, but not limited to contracts for forward delivery of physical output of assets or physical load obligations.
