Trading Advisor definition

Trading Advisor means ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ & Company, Inc. for the Series D Interests, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Capital Management, L.P., for the Series E Interests and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ & Company, Inc. for the Series F Interests and any other entity or entities, acting in its capacity as a commodity trading advisor (i.e., any person who for any consideration engages in the business of advising others, either directly or indirectly, as to the value, purchase, or sale of Commodity Contracts or commodity options) to a Series, and any substitute(s) therefor as provided herein.
Trading Advisor means any one or more entities or individuals which may be selected and appointed by the Investment Manager to manage the portfolio of assets or a portion thereof of a Fund subject to the particular terms of the Trading Advisory Agreement as detailed in the relevant Supplement.
