Trading Advisor definition

Trading Advisor means Xxxxxxxx & Company, Inc. for the Series D Interests, Xxxxxx Capital Management, L.P., for the Series E Interests and Xxxxxxxx & Company, Inc. for the Series F Interests and any other entity or entities, acting in its capacity as a commodity trading advisor (i.e., any person who for any consideration engages in the business of advising others, either directly or indirectly, as to the value, purchase, or sale of Commodity Contracts or commodity options) to a Series, and any substitute(s) therefor as provided herein.

Trading Advisor means any one or more entities or individuals which may be selected and appointed by the Investment Manager to manage the portfolio of assets or a portion thereof of a Fund subject to the particular terms of the Trading Advisory Agreement as detailed in the relevant Supplement.

Trading Advisor means Xxxxxx Capital Management Limited and any other entity or entities, acting in its capacity as a commodity trading advisor (i.e., any person who for any consideration engages in the business of advising others, either directly or indirectly, as to the value, purchase, or sale of Commodity Contracts or commodity options) to the Trust, and any substitute(s) therefore as provided herein.

• R.J. O’Brien will not be responsible to Client in the event of error, failure, negligence, or misconduct on the part of any non-Guaranteed Introducing Broker, Agent, Commodity Trading Advisor, or other person acting on Client’s behalf and, without limiting the foregoing,R.J. O’Brien has no obligation to investigate the facts surrounding any transaction in the Account which is introduced by such non-Guaranteed Introducing Broker, Agent, Commodity Trading Advisor, or other person.
