Trading Account Ledger definition

Trading Account Ledger means the ledger on which, in relation to Replacements, trading gains and losses are recorded as credits or debits, as the case may be.
Trading Account Ledger means the ledger on which, in relation to Portfolio Adjustments where the Portfolio Manager elects the Trading Account Adjustment method, Trading Account Ledger Adjustment Amount are recorded as credits or debits, as the case may be. The Trading Accounts will bear interest on the balance (if any) notionally standing to the credit of the Trading Accounts calculated in respect of each day during the period from the Issue Date to the final redemption date of the Notes. Each such daily interest amount shall be equal to the product of (i) the balance (if any) notionally standing to the credit of the Trading Accounts on the respective date, (ii) the Trading Account Interest Rate and (iii) the Trading Account Business Day Convention. The balance in a Trading Account cannot be transferred to another Trading Account for a different Series of Notes.

  • The “Negative Proportion” is the proportion of the change in the balance of the Trading Account Ledger that reflects the amount by which the balance of the Trading Account Ledger was less than zero before the Replacement or, as the case may be, the amount by which it is less than zero after the Replacement.
