Trade Xxxx definition

Trade Xxxx means and trade-xxxx or trade-name as may be adopted for use on the Licensed Products from time to time.

Trade Xxxx means the GBCA’s trade xxxx or marks set out in Annexure A to this Agreement, including all four, five or six star variants and any unregistered or registered trade marks and any Certification Trade Marks used or applied for from time to time;

Trade Xxxx means any Trade-xxxx as such term is defined in the General Security Agreement.

• Each party acknowledges that the other party would be irreparably harmed by a breach or threatened breach of its obligations contained in clauses 3 (Use of Trade Xxxx) and 8 (Confidential Information) and that monetary damages would be insufficient to remedy such actual or threatened breach.

More Definitions of Trade Xxxx

Trade Xxxx means the North American registered Trade Xxxx details of which are set out in Schedule “A”; and

Trade Xxxx means the trademark or trademarks of all products manufactured by Essential Innovations and its affiliates.

Trade Xxxx means a sign, including words, logos, pictures or a combination of these, which distinguishes the Services of one supplier from those of another, or as otherwise set out in the Trade Marks Act 1994, as amended from time to time; and

Trade Xxxx means the Higher National Certificate trade xxxx and/or the Higher National Diploma trade xxxx, as the case may be;

Trade Xxxx means any trade xxxx whether registered or unregistered, and any word, device, logo, depiction or brand representation used by a member of the Aristocrat Group in relation to any of its products; and

Trade Xxxx. (or "Trade Marks") shall mean the intellectual property rights including patents, trade names, trade marks and logotypes and so on of the Vendor related to or used in connection with the Products.

Trade Xxxx means those trade marks and trade names listed in Schedule 3.
