Trade Source definition

Trade Source means, in relation to a CCP and a Derivatives Transaction, an electronic system or process through which such CCP will accept from its participants submission of such Derivatives Transaction for clearing pursuant to the rules of such CCP.
Trade Source means Trade Source International, Inc., a Delaware corporation, which is the surviving corporation in the merger of Trade Source International, Inc., a California corporation, with and into it, and which also is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Craftmade International, Inc.
