Trade Price definition

Trade Price means the volume-weighted average price as reported by Bloomberg L.P. using the Average Quote Recap function.
Trade Price means the higher of: (i) the Closing Trade Price of the Common Stock on the Issue Date; and (ii) the VWAP of the Common Stock for the Trading Day that is two (2) Trading Days prior to the Exercise Date.
Trade Price. – means the price agreed upon for the Future when the contract is entered into on an Exchange.
