Trade Payables means, with respect to any Person, any accounts payable or any other indebtedness or monetary obligation to trade creditors created, assumed or Guaranteed by such Person or any of its Subsidiaries arising in the ordinary course of business in connection with the acquisition of goods or services.
Current Receivable means each Receivable that is not a Defaulted Receivable or a Liquidated Receivable.
Accounts Receivable has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01(a).
glider means a non-power-driven heavier-than-air aircraft, deriving its lift in flight chiefly from aerodynamic reactions on surfaces, which remain fixed under given conditions of flight;
Goods means all of the equipment, machinery, and/or other materials that the supplier is required to supply to the purchaser under the contract.
