Examples of TPTX in a sentence

  • Upon TPTX’s request, Zai shall provide reasonable assistance to TPTX for TPTX to recover any such Withholding Income Taxes.

  • Zai will promptly provide to TPTX applicable receipts evidencing payment of such Withholding Incomes Taxes and other documentation reasonably requested by TPTX.

  • Any rights and licenses with respect to the Product granted to Zai under this Agreement shall immediately terminate, and all such rights shall revert back to TPTX.

  • Zai shall comply with TPTX’s brand usage guidelines provided to Zai in its use of the TPTX Product Marks.

  • It is expressly agreed that TPTX and Zai shall be independent contractors and that the relationship between the two Parties shall not constitute a partnership, joint venture or agency.

  • All payments to be made under this Agreement shall be made in U.S. Dollars and shall be paid by electronic transfer in immediately available funds to such bank account in the United States as is designated in writing by TPTX.
