TPC Financial Statements definition

TPC Financial Statements means the TPC Annual Financial Statements, the TPC Six Month Interim Financial Statements, the TPC Nine Month Interim Financial Statements and the TPC 2006 Financial Statements.
TPC Financial Statements has the meaning set forth in Section 5.6.
