Tourism Destination Facility definition
Tourism Destination Facility means a facility in the County that the Agency determines (1) will attract and/or service a significant number of Tourists, (2) will entice more Tourists to come to the County, (3) is linked to other Tourism Destination Facilities in the County, and (4) will agree to pay (a) sales taxes and occupancy taxes related to the operation of said facility and (b) real estate taxes and/or Pilot payments related to such facility.
