Tour vehicle definition

Tour vehicle means a public vehicle having a total designed seating capacity of not more than fifteen (15) passengers, which offers transportation that is primarily in conjunction with a tour involving narration and providing return to point of departure. This includes but shall not be limited to bus, van, or automobile, kayak, or bicycle, flight seeing, horseback and hiking, river rafting or fishing.
Tour vehicle means a chauffeur driven passenger vehicle other than a bus operated for the principal purpose of sight-seeing tours.
Tour vehicle means any vehicle, including vans, minibuses, and buses used for the purpose of transporting persons for pleasure or sightseeing trips, or transporting persons to pleasure or sightseeing cruises or destinations. The term does not include any vehicle used solely for the purposes of transporting individuals to and from a place of work or a public or private school or of transporting persons with disabilities.
