Total Swing Line Sublimit definition

Total Swing Line Sublimit means an amount equal to the lesser of (a) $10,000,000 and (b) the Aggregate Commitments. The Total Swing Line Sublimit is a part of, and not in addition to, the Aggregate Commitments.
