Total Shareholding definition

Total Shareholding means the total Exercisable Voting Rights and Economic Interest in a Measured Entity;
Total Shareholding means, with respect to a particular stockholder of the Issuer at any time, the quotient expressed as a percentage obtained by dividing (i) the number of shares of Common Stock or Designated Preferred Stock, as the case may be, held by such stockholder at such time, by (ii) the number of shares of Common Stock and Designated Preferred Stock, in the aggregate, outstanding at such time.
Total Shareholding means the total shareholding as shown in the most recent audited balance sheet to have been sent with the Credit Union’s annual return to the regulator.
