Total Refinery Input definition
Total Refinery Input means the total volume of the following brought in to the refinery: crude oil and condensate, excluding basic sediment and water; finished product additives such as dyes, diesel pour point depressants and cetane improvers; antiknock compounds; and other raw materials, including crude diluents, feedstock from outside the refinery which is processed in other process units or blend stock blended into refinery products.
