Total Net Debt/ EBITDA Ratio definition

Total Net Debt/ EBITDA Ratio means, on the last day of any Fiscal Quarter, the Total Net Debt divided by the Consolidated EBITDA, on such date (based on the last four Fiscal Quarters ending on that date).
