Total Funds Raised definition

Total Funds Raised means the amount of funds raised under the Offer Document; ‘Trust’ means the Trust established by this Deed;
Total Funds Raised. The total value of Funding (net of any refunds of Funding) that a Campaign has received at the end of the Funding Period.
