Total Failure definition

Total Failure means a fault which causes continuous and complete loss of Service;
Total Failure means a Total Loss due to performance of the Launch Vehicle.
Total Failure means that due to a Falcon 1e Deviation (and not attributable to the Payload or Customer-provided separation system), the Payload is completely destroyed, permanently lost or unable to be physically separated from the Falcon 1e, resulting in the total loss of the Payload, as reasonably determined by available flight data telemetry or other objective evidence.

Total Failure means that the Spacecraft was destroyed or lost, subsequent to Launch but before separation, due to the performance of the Launch Vehicle; or, the Spacecraft could not be separated from the Launch Vehicle.
