More Definitions of TOTAL BUILDING SQUARE FOOTAGE

TOTAL BUILDING SQUARE FOOTAGE means 187,941 rentable square feet, which is calculated by adding together rentable square footage of the premises leasable in the Building and the Common Areas of the Building; and the "TENANT'S PRO RATA SHARE" shall mean 47.74% (Tenant's Total Square Footage divided by Total Building Square Footage). All measurements of rentable areas in the Building shall be computed by measuring from the inside of "PERMANENT OUTER BUILDING WALLS," hereinafter deemed to exclude from such measurement the thickness of any special surfacing materials such as paneling, furring strips, and carpet, or from the inside surface of the glass line where present to the inside of Permanent Outer Building Walls or the inside surface of the glass line where present. If such measurements are later discovered to be in conflict with the square footages stated above, this Lease shall be amended to provide for the actual square footages, and any covenants herein based upon ratios relating to such square footages shall likewise be modified; provided such amendment shall be retroactive.
TOTAL BUILDING SQUARE FOOTAGE shall be 148,669 square feet, provided that the Building is constructed in accordance with the plans and specifications attached hereto as Exhibits A-1 through A-6.   • Building Square Footage or "BSF" means the square footage of assessable internal living space of a Unit, exclusive of any carports, walkways, garages, overhangs, patios, enclosed patios, detached accessory structure, other structures not used as living space, or any other square footage excluded under Government Code Section 65995 as determined by reference to the Building Permit for such Unit.

  • Square Footage means the total gross horizontal areas of all floors, including usable basement and cellars, below the roof and within the outer surface of the main walls of buildings (or the center lines of party walls separating such buildings or portions thereof) or within lines drawn parallel to and two feet within the roof line of any building or portion thereof without walls (which includes, notwithstanding paragraph 3 below, the square footage of all porches), and including pedestrian access walkways or corridors, but excluding the following:

In calculating the "Rentable Square Feet" of the Premises or the Building, the area contained within the exterior walls of the Building stairs, fire towers, vertical ducts, elevator shafts, flues, vents, stacks and major pipe shafts will be excluded.

  • Total Floor Area means, the sum total of the total areas of all floors in a building or structure whether at above or below grade measured between the exterior faces of the exterior walls of the building or structure or from the centre line of a common wall separating two uses or from the outside edge of a floor where the outside edge of the floor does not meet an exterior or common wall, and;

  • Net Rentable Area means with respect to any Project, the floor area of any buildings, structures or improvements available for leasing to tenants (excluding storage lockers and parking spaces), as reasonably determined by the Administrative Agent, the manner of such determination to be consistent for all Projects unless otherwise approved by the Administrative Agent.

  • Building sewer means the extension from the building drain to the public sewer or other place of disposal.

  • Building Drain means that part of the lowest horizontal piping of a drainage system which receives the discharge from soil, waste, and other drainage pipes inside the walls of the building and conveys it to the building sewer, beginning five (5) feet (1.5 meters) outside the inner face of the building wall.

  • Base Building shall include the structural portions of the Building, the public restrooms and the Building mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems and equipment located in the internal core of the Building on the floor or floors on which the Premises are located. Tenant shall promptly provide Landlord with copies of any notices it receives regarding an alleged violation of Law. Tenant shall comply with the rules and regulations of the Building attached as Exhibit E and such other reasonable rules and regulations adopted by Landlord from time to time, including rules and regulations for the performance of Alterations (defined in Section 9).

  • Building site means a plot of land held for building purposes, whether any building is actually erected thereupon or not, and includes the open ground or courtyard enclosed by, or adjacent to, any building erected thereupon;

  • Grave space means a space of ground in a cemetery that is used or intended to be used for an in-ground burial.

  • Gross Floor Area means the total floor area, measured between the outside of exterior walls or between the outside of exterior walls and the centre line of party walls dividing the building from another building, of all floors above the average level of finished ground adjoining the building at its exterior walls;
