Total Available Capital definition

Total Available Capital means total available capital as calculated under the MCCSR.
Total Available Capital. (TAC) means the total available capital held by an insurer, valued and determined in accordance with rules 9 to 13, available to cover RCR and MCR;

  • Consolidated Total Capitalization means at any time the sum of Consolidated Indebtedness and Consolidated Net Worth, each calculated at such time.
