Total Aggregate Amount definition

Total Aggregate Amount means an amount (in US dollars) calculated pursuant to the following formula: A = (7.5 x B) + (7.5 x C) Where: A = Total Aggregate Amount; B = ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ x 25%; and C = ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ x 75%.
Total Aggregate Amount means EUR72,000,000.
Total Aggregate Amount means the sum of (i) the Purchase Price and (ii) the total consideration paid by Buyer's Affiliate to Seller under the Intellectual Property License Agreement.

Related to Total Aggregate Amount
