Top Quartile definition

Top Quartile means that the Company’s XXXXX performance for the twelve (12) month period ending December 31, 2009 meets or exceeds the 75th percentile of the XXXXX of the surviving financial institutions for the twelve (12) month period ending on December 31, 2009, from the list of peer financial institutions and bank holding companies identified in Schedule 1 attached hereto, as approved by the Compensation Committee (“XXXXX Performance Goal).
Top Quartile means that the Company’s Average XXXXX during the Performance Period meets or exceeds the 75th percentile of the Average XXXXX of surviving financial institutions for the forty-eight (48) month period beginning on January 1, 2007 and ending on December 31, 2010, from the list of surviving peer financial institutions and bank holding companies identified in Schedule 1 attached hereto, as approved by the Committee at a meeting held on January 24, 2007 (“Average XXXXX Performance Goal”).
Top Quartile means that the Company's Average ROATE during the Performance Period meets xx xxceeds the 75th percentile of the Average ROATE of surviving financial institutions for the forty-eight (48) month period beginning on October 1, 2006 and ending on September 30, 2010, from the list of peer financial institutions and bank holding companies identified in Schedule 1 attached hereto, as approved by the Committee at a meeting held on January 24, 2007 ("Average ROATE Performance Goal").

  • TSR Percentile means the percentile ranking of the Company’s TSR among the TSRs for the Comparison Group members for the Performance Period.
