Tollroad definition

Tollroad means the Gateway Motorway Facility and the Xxxxx Motorway Facility and:
Tollroad means the road, tunnel and other physical works, facilities, systems (including the Tolling System) and Public Utility Plant described as being required for the Tollroad in the Performance Specification (including section 2.3.1 of the Introduction document of the Performance Specification) including the Tollroad Control Centre and all plant, machinery, equipment, fixtures, furniture, fittings, landscaping, spare parts and other improvements on or in the Tollroad or on the Leased Area and to be called Airport Link or such other name as agreed to by the State.

  • Toll-road charges will be reimbursed only if incurred for office-to-office travel between Contractor’s offices and GCHP’s.

  • These investments are consolidated using the equity method in Group accounts, except for those participations under 20% (Moreas Tollroad and Olympia Tollroad) which are booked at fair value.

  • It is the intent of Fort Bend County “The County” to contract with one (1) professional firm to complete audit services of financial statements of the County offices and departments, Fort Bend County Drainage District, Fort Bend County Community Supervision and Corrections, Fort Bend County Juvenile Probation, Fort Bend County Grand Parkway Tollroad Authority, Fort Bend County Tollroad Authority, and any additional component units that are created by the County.

  • Laws and Approvals9.1 Compliance with lawsEach PPP Co must: (a) in carrying out the Project Activities, comply with; (b) ensure that its Associates, in carrying out the Project Activities, comply with; and (c) ensure that the Project Works and the Tollroad comply with, all applicable Laws, including any change in a Law after the date of this deed.

  • Toll-road operators have equipped booths with baskets to collect change (see Figure 2-3) and machines to read debit cards and credit cards.

  • Seaplane means an aeroplane capable normally of taking off from and alighting solely on water;

  • Airport means public-use airport open to the public without prior permission and without restrictions within the physical capacities of available facilities.

  • Crosswalk means that part of a roadway at an intersection included within the connections of the

  • Peak means the Morning Peak and the Evening Peak;

  • Transportation Service means a service for moving people and goods, such as intercity bus service and passenger rail service.

  • Shoreline means the upper reaches of the wash of the waves, other than storm and seismic waves, at high tide during the season of the year in which the highest wash of the waves occurs, usually evidenced by the edge of vegetation growth, or the upper limit of debris left by the wash of the waves.

  • Winter means a period starting on 1st October and ending on the following 30th April;

  • Service Road means a road or lane provided at the front, rear or side of a plot for service purpose;

  • Waterworks or “water system” means all structures, conduits and appurtenances by means of which water is delivered to consumers except piping and fixtures inside buildings served, and service pipes from building to street main.

  • Youth center means any public or private facility that is primarily used to host recreational or social activities for minors, including, but not limited to, private youth membership organizations or clubs, social service teenage club facilities, video arcades, or similar amusement park facilities.

  • Stopover means a scheduled stop on your journey, at a point between the place of departure and the place of destination.

  • Waterway means any body of water.

  • Ash means all species of the genus Fraxinus.

  • Graywater means untreated wastewater that has not been contaminated by any toilet discharge, has not been affected by infectious, contaminated, or unhealthy bodily wastes, and does not present a threat from contamination by unhealthful processing, manufacturing, or operating wastes. "Graywater" includes, but is not limited to, wastewater from bathtubs, showers, bathroom washbasins, clothes washing machines, and laundry tubs, but does not include wastewater from kitchen sinks or dishwashers. Health and Safety Code Section 17922.12.

  • Transportation Services means travel assistance given to an individual

  • Shoreland means land, as defined in Minn. Stat. § 103F.205, subd. 4, located within 1,000 feet from the normal high water mark of a lake, pond, or flowage and 300 feet of a river or stream or the landward side of floodplain delineated by ordinance on such a river or stream, whichever is greater.

  • Cropland means land used for the production of adapted crops for harvest, alone or in a rotation with grasses and legumes, and includes row crops, small grain crops, hay crops, nursery crops, orchard crops, and other similar specialty crops.

  • Landing means the level portion of a stairs located between flights of stairs or located at the top and foot of a stairs.
