Tobacco Advertising definition

Tobacco Advertising means Advertising or Sponsorship that bears a health warning required by federal statute, the purpose or effect of which is to identify a brand of a tobacco product (any substance that contains tobacco, including, but not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, pipe tobacco and chewing tobacco), a trademark of a tobacco product or a trade name associated exclusively with a tobacco product, or to promote the use or sale of a tobacco product.
Tobacco Advertising means any form of communication, recommendation or action that promotes a tobacco product.
Tobacco Advertising means any commercial communication, recommendation or action with the aim, effect or likely effect of directly promoting a tobacco product or tobacco use through mass media, outdoor advertisement, telecom, post, internet, fax and similar other means;
