To be at large definition

To be at large means any reptile, wild, or exotic animal as defined in this section, which, through any method of movement, is off the property of its owner or custodian or not under its owner's or custodian's immediate control, whether it has escaped accidentally or been purposely released.

  • To be at large if determined to be a dangerous dog with the meaning of section 4 (C) of this local law.

  • Running To be at large shall mean refer to any reptile as defined in this section, which, through any method of movement, is off the property of its owner or custodian and or not under its owner’s or custodian’s immediate control, whether it has escaped accidentally or been purposefully released.

  • Running at Large means any dog while roaming, running or self-hunting off the property of its owner or custodian and not under its owner's or custodian's immediate control.

  • Student athlete means an individual who engages in, is eligible to engage in, or may be eligible in the future to engage in, any intercollegiate sport. If an individual is permanently ineligible to participate in a particular intercollegiate sport, the individual is not a student-athlete for purposes of that sport.

  • Card means the Visa credit card and any duplicates, renewals, or substitutions the Credit Union issues to you; "account" means your Visa credit card line-of-credit account with the Credit Union; and "Credit Union" means the Credit Union whose name appears on this Agreement or anyone to whom the Credit Union transfers this Agreement.

  • Keys means keys, codes or devices in the Seller’s possession or control for all locks or security systems on the Property or necessary to access the Property;

  • Tuition means the total amount of money charged for the cost of a qualifying student to attend an independent school including, but not limited to, fees for attending the school and school-related transportation.
