TNK Companies means TNK and its Subsidiaries (and a “TNK Company” shall mean any of the foregoing).

  • Operating Companies means, collectively, the Creekside Operating Company, the Mentone Operating Company and the Yucaipa Operating Company. “Operating Company” means any of the Operating Companies.
