TMP Services definition

TMP Services means the various services described in the Schedules to be provided by TMP Entities to HHGI Entities or to be procured by TMP Entities on behalf of HHGI Entities. ARTICLE 2

Examples of TMP Services in a sentence

  • The Consultant shall perform consultation, research, professional and technical services required for Traffic Operations, Electrical Design, Transportation Management System (TMS), and Traffic Management Planning (TMP) Services on an “as-needed” basis to support the Department of Transportation (Caltrans), Division of Traffic Operations, District 4, in the development and construction of proposed Caltrans transportation facilities.

  • The Agreed Billing and Pass-Through Billing methods applicable to Services provided to HHGI or TMP are collectively referred to herein as the "Service Costs." HHGI agrees to pay to TMP in the manner set forth in Section 3.04 the Service Costs applicable to each of the TMP Services provided or procured by TMP, and TMP agrees to pay to HHGI in the manner set forth in Section 3.04 the Service Costs applicable to each of the HHGI Services provided or procured by HHGI.

  • BPO Services means Provider’s business process outsourcing services described in the applicable Solution Exhibit, whereby Provider assumes responsibility for Customers’ business processes.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.

The intent is to provide a safe environment with staff assistance for individuals who lack an adequate support system to address current issues related to a disability. Respite may be provided for a defined period of time; respite is either planned or provided in response to a crisis.

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.

  • Food services means the preparation and serving of nutritionally balanced meals and snacks.

  • Consulting Services means services of an advisory and intellectual nature provided by consultants using their professional skills to study, design, organize, and manage projects, encompassing multiple activities and disciplines, including the crafting of sector policies and institutional reforms, specialist advice, legal advice and integrated solutions, change management and financial advisory services, planning and engineering studies, and architectural design services, supervision, social and environmental assessments, technical assistance, and programme implementation;

  • Ecosystem services means the benefits that the public enjoys as a result of natural processes and biological diversity.

  • Inpatient services means services provided to you as an admitted inpatient in a recognised private or public hospital for treatment that is in an included clinical category, has a Medicare item number allocated and a Medicare benefit is payable.
