TLA/TLB Facility definition

TLA/TLB Facility means secured indebtedness under the TLA/TLB Financing Agreement, consisting of a tranche A term loan and a tranche B term loan with an aggregate outstanding principal amount of approximately $361,611,038 as of the Petition Date, plus accrued interest.

Related to TLA/TLB Facility

  • Tranche B Facility means the aggregate of the Tranche B Commitments.

  • Revolver Facility means the credit facility as described in and subject to the limitations set forth in Section 2.01.

  • L/C Facility means the letter of credit facility established pursuant to Article III.

  • Term Loan B Facility means the facility described in Section 2.01(b) providing for an advance of the Term Loan B to the Borrower by the Term Loan B Lenders in the original principal amount of $565,000,000, as adjusted from time to time pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.

  • Facility means any real property (including all buildings, fixtures or other improvements located thereon) now, hereafter or heretofore owned, leased, operated or used by Holdings or any of its Subsidiaries or any of their respective predecessors or Affiliates.
