If Buyer fails to deliver the Title Objection Notice on or before the Title Notice Date, then Buyer shall be deemed to have approved the exceptions to title shown on the Title Report, any matters that would be disclosed by a survey of the Real Property and all other title or survey matters, including, without limitation the availability of any ALTA extended coverage and any endorsements.
