Title IV Program definition

Title IV Program means the programs of federal student financial assistance administered pursuant to Title IV.

More Definitions of Title IV Program

Title IV Program means any program of student financial assistance administered pursuant to Subchapter IV of the Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended, 20 U.S.C.A. (S)1070 et seq. ("Title IV"), and any amendments or successor statutes thereto.
Title IV Program means any program of student financial assistance administered pursuant to Chapter 28, Subchapter IV of the HEA, and any amendments or successor statutes to it.
Title IV Program means any program of student financial assistance administered pursuant to Title IV as set forth at 34 C.F.R. § 668.1(c). “Title Company” means Fidelity National Title Agency, having its office at 2720 E. Camelback Rd., Suite 100, Phoenix, AZ 85016.
Title IV Program means the programs of federal student financial assistance administered pursuant to Title IV of the Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended. “Trade Secrets” means any trade secrets protectable under applicable Law, including ideas, know-how, inventions, proprietary processes, formulae, models, and methodologies. “Trademarks” has the meaning set forth in the definition of Intellectual Property. “Transfer Tax” means all transfer and similar Taxes imposed related to the Acquisition and/or the Pre-Closing Australian Reorganization, including documentary, recording, registration, stamp duty, transfer, real estate transfer, sales and use, value added and similar Taxes and fees in all jurisdictions whenever and wherever imposed and shall include all such Taxes payable in relation to any deemed or indirect transfer of assets or property as a result of the Acquisition and all penalties, surcharges, charges, interest and additions thereto but “Transfer Tax” shall not include any income, franchise or similar Taxes. “Transferred Assets” means, subject to Section 1.13, all of the Seller’s and each other Asset Seller’s right, title and interest in and to the following assets, properties and rights, as the same shall exist immediately prior to the Closing, it being understood that the following assets, properties and rights will not in any event include the Excluded Assets or the Company Interests: (a) all inventory wherever located, including all raw materials, works-in- process, finished goods or products, supplies and other inventories Related to the Business; (b) the IT Systems owned, used, or held for use by the Asset Sellers in conducting the Business that are set forth on Section 9.13(b) of the Seller Disclosure Schedule (the “Transferring IT Systems”);
Title IV Program means the programs of federal student financial assistance administered pursuant to Title IV; and (W) “TPPPA” means a temporary provisional program participation agreement issued to a Title IV Company School after Closing and to be countersigned by or on behalf of the Secretary of the DOE, continuing the Title IV Company School’s certification to participate in the Title IV Programs on an interim basis following the Closing.
