Neither TIMET nor THT shall be under any obligation to continue any employment, salaries, terms and conditions of employment, Employee Benefit Plan or Benefit Arrangement after the Closing Date, and TIMET and THT may, in their sole discretion, amend, cancel, terminate, or otherwise modify in any and all respects any such employment, salary, terms and conditions of employment, Employee Benefit Plan or Benefit Plan at any time and for any reason.
