Timely submission means that the report was submitted on or before the date it was due. “Accuracy” shall mean the report was prepared according to the specific written guidance, including report template, provided by ASES to the Contractor. All elements must be met for each required report submission. Therefore, the report must be timely, accurate and contain an analysis.
