Time of Mailing definition

Time of Mailing means the time the Disclosure Statement (or any supplement thereto) is mailed to Shareholders.
Time of Mailing means the commencement of the mailing of certificates representing the Rights to the shareholders of the Common Stock. "Uranus" has the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement. "Voting Securities" means any securities of the Company entitled to vote generally in the election of directors, or securities convertible into or exercisable or exchangeable for such securities. "Year 2000 Data" has the meaning set forth in 4.15(I).
